Cerritos Dental Care

I wasted my time here. We had an appointment scheduled for 2:30pm today. Filled out the registration forms prior to appointment and arrived 15 minutes before appointment as well. When we entered the waiting room appeared to be kind of busy so I expected a bit of a wait time. My son had his x-rays done promptly which made things promising. By 3:20pm we were still waiting in the waiting room to be entered to a room and many of the families who entered after us were already seen. I did ask the front desk to see how much longer it would be and she assured me we were next. I then sat down and said if By 3:40pm they haven't called us ..we'll leave. & rest assured by 3:40pm they call a family that had walked an hour after us. So we just left. They have seen my kids for years now, always kind and friendly, and always ready for anything our kids need when it comes to their dental health, thank you so much.

Worst place I will never recommend or come here again the so called specialist wasted 3 1/2 hours for him to walk in and tell his assistant that he cannot remove my son‘s tooth and walked out. Didn’t even explain why he couldn’t. This is the third time that I come waited for this appointment for him to take 15 seconds and just walk out without an explanation so So unprofessional, I’m beyond Annoyed I called a day before to confirm the appointment and to make sure it was gonna be an extraction they said yes and I get here early because they moved the appointment 30 minutes before original time for them to have me wait 3 1/2 hours to tell me that I need to go back to my regular dentist and book another specialist. I was refereed here by my children’s dentist. it was a bit of a drive coming from Inglewood but well worth it the staff was amazing and friendly and treated my children so good and sweet. My children have a little claw machine which my kids loved!!!

This is my first time I've come to Cerritos Dental Care and had an excellent experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and make me feel comfortable when I come in. They are thoughtful and spend time answering my questions. The treatment is good; the doctor has high skill and is careful, explains each process clearly, and makes sure I am comfortable through the process. Modern materials and freshness help me believe more in the care service I receive. I feel my teeth are taken care of well by someone's effort and good experience. Thank you.
