Warning⚠️⚠️⚠️: Be very careful with the billing here. I came in for a standard preventive physical and was given a written estimate of $0.00. However, the office performed and billed for unauthorized diagnostic tests that I explicitly declined. I am now stuck with a large bill because they refuse to honor their original estimate or code the visit correctly as preventive. I’ve had to involve my insurance (Aetna) to open a formal claim. It’s a shame because the doctors are nice, but the billing department’s practices are incredibly deceptive.

A complete waste of time. The front desk miscommunicated the needs for new patients prior to arriving. They pushed back my appointment at an inconvenience to me, and when I arrived for said appointment, they told me that I needed to be rescheduled because I needed to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment time due to being a new patient, which was not communicated to me on the voicemail that was left for me. So, despite needing to rework my entire workday to accommodate their new appointment time, I was still not able to go see a doctor. I will not be back.

The front staff very professional and shows concern and care for me. The medical staff very professional, knowledgeable and make sure they attend to my needs and make sure I am totally satisfied with my visit.
