I see dr kitchen maddiraju for 12year I have grat expense with his office my kids are sapcal he. Help me what I need help with

If I could, I would have given them no star. they have the worst service. They never pick up the phone, the doctor call you to give you the results. You have to call them and ask for it. I had to take a day off for the appointment, and went to the dr office. I was told that the doctor is not in the office we do not have service in the morning. We only have service in the afternoon even though they gave me morning appointment. Please don’t take your children there there

Elizabeth, the nurse at Century Pediatrics at the Stafford location. She is phenomenal! She is insightful, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, patient. I’m so thankful that both of my children before they are seen by their doctor, we are taken care of first by Elizabeth. I’m thankful that she is!

No stars! This is by far the worst pediatrician I've ever seen. They are literally never prepared for anything! How can you not be prepared for vaccines ahead of time knowing patients are scheduled and expecting to get what they're scheduled for at their appointment! This is my second child and this time they completely forgot to even call me back for my newborns 2m vaccine! It completely slipped MY mind because I have a lot going on! Completely unacceptable, you're a pediatrician this is your job! They're staff is a joke! I feel that my kids health are not taken seriously or properly under their care. I've switched locations and will be completely switching pediatricians asap! No matter how convenient the location is, make the trip elsewhere! Do not even consider!

I scheduled my son’s upcoming appointment for 2:15pm at his last appointment 2 months ago. On Saturday 2 days before the appointment I get an email the says to arrive at 8:30am. I was a bit upset that no one called to tell me they changed it but I set my schedule to account for the change. I get there at 8:30am and they aren’t even open til 9am. So not only did reschedule him and not notify me by phone they scheduled it for a time where they don’t even open. So I called after they were open and kept getting sent to voicemail.
