Such a scam. Had the worst experience with Dr Ekaterine Bachilava and their billing office. I saw the doctor for my annual way back in 2023. After that I got a bill for $247 for the blood test that was supposed to be a part of my annual. My insurance was ready to cover it only if the Century’s center would reissue the invoice with the right code. Theirs billing department and specifically Alla Zaroui has been ghosting us both by phone and email. Shame on you, Alla. At one point Alla said over the phone that the invoice came because the results were higher than norm. Complete incompetence and blatant lies. I visited Dr. Ekaterine to see if she was the right person to trust with my health - and she absolutely is. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and truly caring. She treats patients like family, with genuine compassion and attention. I recommend keeping her as your primary doctor - your health will be in great hands. Cheers!

scheduled me for a procedure they don’t even do there. Didn’t tell me that I’d need a referral out to a place that does do that type of procedure until I had already arrived on site and that the person who scheduled me is still in training.

Please be careful booking with this doctor. I will give the reasons stated below. Doctor is never available if you need to ask a question about your medicine not being sent to pharmacy you will need to book an appointment. If this medication is life saving it doesn’t matter you will need to book an appointment for her to fix the prescription even if you just had an appointment the same day. She doesn’t speak with you very long. The most I have spoken with her is in 2 min intervals. The rest are nurses. She will give you a bunch of random tests and random medicine so that your insurance can pay them. The front desk handle all of your medication this doctor will not help you. They will say that the doctor is doing the prescriptions and medication referrals but it’s not her. She will randomly
