Dr. Watson has been my personal doctor for nearly 15 years. Whenever there are changes to my insurance, I always choose a plan that he accepts. I highly recommend him.

I never write reviews. Like ever. But my experience with this office was SO bad I just have to warn people. This office is incredibly unprofessional and doesn't care at all about the patients. My disabled father was sitting in the waiting room for his appointment and they rejected him for not having his medicare card. When I tried to self pay over the phone they told me they only took cash. I was at work and could not come down to take care of it. What doctors office takes cash!? Watson himself is another story. His visits are quick and pointless. Please do not go here. Go to a place that actually cares about you.

I have never been treated so poorly at a Doctors office. I did not have my medical card but had my insurance id number. They would not see me. The Doctors office could easily type my number into the insurance data base and find my policy to charge my insurance. I had just gotten out of the ER where I was told I need a hip replacement. I just needed a referral to a surgeon so I could move forward with getting treatment. I am using a Walker because my pain level is at a 10. The front desk girl yelled at me when I said I did not have my card on me. She yelled “the doctor can’t see you unless you have your med card and slammed the door in my face. I will never go back to this place

Dr. Watson is extremely inappropriate and a terrible doctor. I came in for laryngitis. He kept asking about my female health and my bladder health which I did not come in for. I had to tell him to focus on the problem I came in for to which he asked "Do you think you want steroids for it?" I told him "If that is your recommendation for my laryngitis then yes." I felt violated, uncomfortable, and frustrated to say the least. Get a different physician ASAP.

I do not know why there is so many bad reviews. In my experience Dr. Watson was very kind,thorough and all my needs were met . Although I am a new patient, I give him five stars for following up with me on all my five referrals hands down he is an exceptional doctor and the receptionist was very professional and thorough as well.
