This clinic is inconsiderate and unprofessional when it comes about the patient’s need. The clinic is located in a place where there is the Dominican community and with mostly chronic illnesses. One is not able to call for emergencies cause they do not pick up the phone, you cannot call to put in a request for the medication one is taking cause the doctors only work on Tuesdays and the staff does not communicate with each other regarding patients. It’s really disturbing how the staff deal with the patients because they don’t hold themselves accountable for anything nor they don’t try to accommodate the patients needs. That could be a grandmother , grandfather, an elderly that is related to someone. Unfortunately I would have to change my primary care cause she is a good doctor but the medi

For our first visit we had an appointment and they didn’t see our appointment in the system so we had to wait for 4 hours. After that they gave us a paper saying our appointment is at 11:30 (we asked for a written proof stating our appointment time and date not to leave any room for mistake) we came at 11:00 and told them we have an appointment 11:30 and showed them the paper. THEY ABSOLUTELY DID NOT CARE ABOUT IT! We waited for another 3 hours. I will not ever never come here again. Its none sense!

Llevo mas de una semana tratando de comunicarme y nada que lo logro no entiendo que esta pasando los medicos son bueno pero asi no se puede 🙄
