Centre Care

My mom came here after a long stay in the hospital. She's 80. They we're able to get her up and going so that she could go home where she lives alone. They also sent people to her home when she did get there to help her continue her physical therapy. She said everyone was very friendly and helpful. From the cleaners to the nurses. She liked the look of the facility. She thought it was pretty "fancy". She was previously in a facility after Hospital stay in Lock Haven that she said was not very good at all compared to this one. I'm very grateful for this since I live on the other side of the country and cannot be there to help.

The care is very good, staff is very compassionate and exudes a lot of mercy for all residents. Would recommend Centre Care to all friends and family.

I would like to give Centre Care a five star review for the facility and excellent care provided for a recent rehabilitation resident. Reading the negative reviews posted on Google had me concerned upon his arrival to the facility. However, the care and compassion of the hard working staff was five star. With the current national staffing shortages in this industry, employees still made it a point to go above and beyond for the comfort of the resident when Im sure they were tired and had worked long shifts. Admin staff and care staff were kind, compassionate and greeted us in a friendly manner every time I visited. The staff was very attentive to the resident to the point that he expressed an interest in living there and hated to leave. The staff attended to him always in a timely manner

My father was transferred to here for rehab as he had emergency hip replacement after falling while hunting. My father is alert and oriented with caring for himself for 80 years. The first initial day was great people all over and friendly hellos. As my father’s daughter I would go to visit multiple times in a day, along with communicating with my father through out the day. I am also his POA and a nurse I would update the staff in regards to how he has ended up here to rehab, his history, any updates for other providers he seen, etc. October 31st I specifically spoke to the medical director, along with RN supervisor, aide and LPN of my father’s abdomen being extremely extended with loud bowel sounds, +3 pitting edema, his color and not wanting to eat much! Had my mom there in the Rehab Neighborhood. From the first day til the day she was discharged nothing but kind, professional personal that is caring. And mom made a few friends while she was there. Roxanne & Barb. They acted like long lost friends. I give them a 5 star for the above mentioned and also the facility itself. Well done Centre Care and Thank you! Brian Heaton "son"
