If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had came in after having an impact injury to my knee I was told I would have a 40 minute wait and was waiting for over a hour and a half. They only have one doctor currently working. I was in a great deal of pain and they were still taking people ahead of me. After waiting for nearly 2 hours they finally gave me an ice pack to help my pain. I was finally seated and still had to wait in the room. I also wanted to add that we were seen by a nurse practitioner not a doctor. The medical assistant (Ann Marie) was so rude to me and my mom. She was the rudest healthcare worker I have ever experienced. Overall coming here was a waste of time they were able to do nothing for us and prescribe no medicine. Went in for an annual wellness visit, I felt the doctor took the time to see me and get to know me. I am having issues on the billing/insurance side, and the practice manager for Centrastate was extremely helpful in advocating for me with me on the phone with the billing dept, so I'm hoping for the best. Despite these billing/insurance issues, I am happy that they have been taking the time with me.

If i could give ZERO stars I would. I had an appointment for a yearly checkup, and fasted the night before in order to get the blood work done without issues, etc. Well, I mistakenly showed up the day before!! The receptionist and I had a laugh over how I showed up early and I mentioned how I'd go home and starve again for the appt the next day. Another patient mentioned how, with the lab right next door, I should have the dr write the bloodwork script now so I can save myself the torture of fasting 2 days in a row. So I asked the front desk to ask the dr to write the script for me and I'd wait in the office. I was told that since it's been over a year since my last office visit, it is their POLICY to not message the dr for any reason at all, and that I would need to wait to see the dr bef

I have been going to this place for 6 yrs. Dr. Sabine Paul-Yee was my Dr. and she is a good Dr but she will not be back until January 2021. I saw a Dr. last Wednesday for the first time and I don't know how he became a Dr. He was rude and I asked if my if my husband need a letter to be exempt from him from getting the covid vaccine so he can keep his job. He asked me if I got the covid vaccine and when I told him I am not planning to get it, he looked straight at me and said I hope you and your husband get what you deserve.

They will force you to reschedule if you are ten minutes late but will make you wait an hour if you show up on time. They also send you a fee in the mail for the privelige. Also, the office goes out to lunch every day for 1-2 hours and the office is just closed. If you call during their lunch you can't even leave a message.
