I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and care provided by both the office staff and medical team. There was a clear and ongoing disconnect between the two. I repeatedly asked whether I would receive at-home care instructions following my procedure, and was alternately told it would come from the medical team or the office staff. In the end, I received no post-operative instructions at all, which is unacceptable. Additionally, I was quoted three different prices for the procedure, and when it came time to pay, I was nearly charged the full amount again due to disorganized and inconsistent documentation. I can only share my experience from kidney/bladder stones and pretty large ones. This association is very busy! Don’t make any mistake, but there’s a reason… In this particular location of the United States it’s hit or miss on top level, professional medical assistance and care, but Dr. J. Paul Jones MD is one a billion! A+ very professional, quick during procedure ( all things considered ) used top level technology and most importantly, they were extremely experienced and he is very well educated, if you have any issues of that nature I can speak to kidney stones and bladder stones.
