"My experience with Dr. Marsh was deeply disappointing. I presented with significant back and arm pain, yet I felt dismissed and treated with suspicion, as if I were seeking illicit drugs. This perception was particularly frustrating given that Dr. Marsh had access to my MRI results, which confirmed the presence of degenerative disc disease. Despite acknowledging my condition, Dr. Marsh stated a policy against prescribing opiates. While I understand this, a referral to a pain management specialist or any form of pain relief would have been appropriate, considering the severity of my pain. Instead, I received a painful injection in my arm, administered with such force that it exacerbated my discomfort. Dr. Marsh has the skill and knowledge to determine if he can help a patient or if more "advanced" treatments are needed for their pain management. Dr. Marsh and his staff are truly competent "pain" managers. Together they are a well-oiled machine. My friend has trusted their pain management care for nearly 20 years to Dr. Marsh and his excellent team. This allows them to have a functional life. Wait times are ridiculously long. They overbook at every appointment. Vanderpool is uneducated to be in her position and Marsh is a complete joke. The push Suboxone and injections only. No actual pain relief. Everyone is spoken to like criminals. Myself included. The injections are not FDA approved yet for monetary gain they push them anyway. Steer clear if you are looking for actual care

Had my first initial appointment with PA Vanderpool and she was amazing she listened to all my concerns and was very helpful on tips to help my situation, I greatly appreciated how she was very thorough and didn't dismiss my concerns. Prior also had my first consult with Dr Marsh and as well very attentive to my concerns and pain he provided treatment and will say my pain has definitely decreased definitely overall felt like I was listened to and not just pushed aside.

This was my first visit with Dr. Marsh. No other doctor has ever taken the time to really listen and assess my issue. Not only did he listen to my concerns, but very quickly provided an action plan to treat my pain. He and his nurse were very caring and thoughtful. Dr. Marsh was thorough with his explanations and offered comfort to my concerns. I will surely continue to seek his guidance in the future.
