Central Texas Sinus and Allergy

Wish I could rate them 0 zero stars. My wife had an appointment to see about an allergy test and the doctor, Dr. Thomas A. Salzer (who did not introduce himself and we had to go through the website to find his name), spent 10 seconds in the room, examined her throat and said her tonsils should be removed. He left the room and came back with another doctor in tow and said to the other doctor to come look at the "freakshow" (exact quote). Very unprofessional and unacceptable, cancelled all future appointments, will be going elsewhere for care.

Why does every phone call have to confrontational? The people that answer the phone and the ones in the back that are supposed to “help” are very quick to point out when something is not their fault. I don’t give a rats rear end and am not pointing blame. Just get me the info so we can all move on. Offer to help and for the love of God, please act like you give a crap

I’ll do 0 stars if allowed. Don’t go anywhere near this place. I scheduled an appointment at their Bastrop location in December 2024. We were there for 5 min to be told right away by the AP that we needed a Skin pick allergy testing done and gave us paperwork for it, they told me I would be getting a call to schedule the test within 2 weeks and the call never came. I called and left voicemails (cause they are very hard to get on the phone) 3 months later I still don’t have an appointment. I called to get a refund for the appointment because we are paying out of pocket and they refused. I asked for the $100 to be applied to the allergy test and to schedule it right away to make things right and they refused. Worst health service experience I’ve ever had.

If I could give this place negative stars I would!! We went in about a ruptured ear drum, before Dr Wright came in there were two nurses, one which did an exam that we wasn’t aware was a student. During the exam she forced the device in my husbands ear causing a popping sound followed by pain. Dr Wright came in, looked and said everything was ok. About an hour later my husband was in more pain and his hearing was being affected… so we called and drove back to the place. We wanted to make sure there was no damage done. Dr Wright’s nurse helped us first was very friendly, then Dr Wright came in extremely aggressive. This was the absolute worse doctors experience of my life. Doctor Wright is extremely unprofessional, disregarding, and as unsympathetic a doctor can possibly be. I have waited a couple of days to leave my review because i was expecting an apology from doctor Wright but that never came. On Jan.7 my RIGHT eardrum ruptured. I was then referred to this ENT to further evaluate if I would need surgery. Well I wasn’t able to get an appointment with them until Jan.22 in that time my eardrum started to feel better I started to get my hearing back.
