Central Square Smiles

Went in for a cleaning and found out I had a new 4th Dentist. No letter or notice. After the cleaning on the way home one of my CROWNS FELL OUT! This was a crown not previously identified as needing replacement. I called the Dentist when I got home. They had me come back and they temporarily glued it back in place. I left with a follow up appointment and a price tag of $1500. Nope not me ! I'm out! Oh by the way, we no longer accept your insurance because it doesn't reimburse us enough. You'll have to pay for the crown.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism from a dental facility in my life. My husband’s insurance is very limited when it comes to dental care so we landed with this one. I made an appointment for him about six months ago that was scheduled for early November. I just get a call to say oh, sorry we no longer take his insurance!! Are you kidding me!! If this is how they handle administrative issues can you imagine how they handle dental. I found a five star private dentist and we’re just going to pay out of pocket. Like the old saying goes you get what you pay for!! Steer clear of this one.

I'm usually anxious at the Dentist but the staff is great at this practice. All of the professionals at this office are top notch. The office is spotless and Dr. Vanmarter is attentive, professional and considerate.

This is a great dental office. They are all very friendly. Tammy is the best hygentist I have ever had. I recently had a crown. I was very nervous but Lexi immediately had me relaxed with her kindness. Lexi and Dr. Mark VanMarter were excellent. I would highly recommend them all.

Frequent staff turnover, rude staff. Answers phone with "hello?!" rather than an intro. Dropped all medicaid patients (can they even do that?) yet still isn't taking new patients. Only reason I tried making an appointment was because I was a patient.
