I took my older Aunt, with dementia, there and Kathy was fantastic from the minute we arrived until we left, Amy was perfect in fitting my Aunts new hearing aids. She was patient and kind with her and some of her unusual questions. Amy also answered all of my questions. This visit could not have been better. Both Kathy and Amy were authentically accommodating and caring. You don’t see that very often anymore.
Truly a please to deal with. The owner and staff are extraordinary people. There hearing aid devices are the best and I would not go anywhere else
