In regard to Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy I worked with all three branches of therapy as they cared for my elderly parents and I cannot say enough good things about each therapist. They were incredibly attentive and responsive. They were very generous with their time, calling me to discuss treatment and next steps. Eventually, they all helped support us toward getting my parents home care, which has been wonderful, but we miss the team! They were professional and knowledgeable, and also just incredibly kind. They truly went above and beyond at every opportunity.

stopped to shedule some therapy for my knee and the girl at the desk was very confused like she didnt know what to do. The way she acted i thought they were booked so i said i wasnt in a hurry im not getting my knee replaced till april or 2026 and its only 12/25. So if she wanted to shedule in 1/25 id be good with that. well that cofused her more and she asked me to come back in 2025 well the point of me stopping was to shedule my therapy. She just didnt get it Duh! i left on to a more professional.

Very un happy.. the had to do two arms due to guy was having trouble getting blood .my daughter was so unhappy with this place ...will not go back

There is nothing urgent or caring about this place. You would be better off going to Well Now in Cicero instead of making an appointment for a "spot in line" not you know.. an ACTUAL appointment. My sister waited 3 hours to be shoved into a room with no niceties and yelled at for being too loud when she was in pain and frustrated with the lack of care. These people make the emergency room look like a speedy trip.

Horrible experience. Went there to get blood work done today before work. My appt was at 7:30 and when I booked it it said it would take 15 minutes. Thinking that I didn’t tell my job that I was going to be late because I thought it would be only 15 minutes. I get there and they only take cash which I had but they only take exact cash and I only had 2 50’s so I had to walk to Dunkin to get change because they couldn’t give me any at the office. So I get the change and they told me my spot in line would be held when I came back. I come back sit in the waiting room for 35 minutes and no one comes out at all during that time meanwhile there are about ten other people waiting also. I ended up having to leave without any blood work because I had to get to work. Also had to use PTO since I ended
