This is a teaching clinic. The students are awesome and all backed up by the doctor - So I'm getting 2 doctors. It does take a bit longer, but the care is exceptional. Dr. Ziton listens and is present. The office staff are dedicated, if not a bit overworked, which I think makes up for some of the "attitude" I've read about. I care more about getting good medical care than anything else.

Extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from the front desk staff at this office. I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner recently, who was professional, and recommended I get specific lab work done. She told me to call the office once I completed the labs, as the results might not show up quickly on their end and follow-up was important. Today, I called just to inform them that I had completed the labs—and was hung up on twice by the receptionist. I wasn’t even allowed to explain why I was calling. When I politely asked for her name so I could escalate the issue, she said, “You will never get my name from me,” and hung up again. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. First and foremost, The Nurse Practitioner Laura Ziton was fantastic. Very personable and very nice. The office staff however is the reson i'm giving this 1 star review. In November 2020 I made an appointment for a physical. Dr. Ziton sent me for blood work and requested me to return in two weeks. I work in the health insurance industry and it was Open Enrollment so I couldn't take another day off of work to come in. We agreed to do a virtual visit to discuss my bloodwork 2 weeks later. I get a call the day before that I have the appointment and I ask to confirm that it will be a virtual visit and the woman I spoke with told me they don't do physicals through virtual visit. My senior mom had 8:30 bloodwork appt. Doors didn’t even open until 8:30. No where to sit outside in unbearable heat. When they finally opened door , I tried to explain that my mom needed to get in ASAP because she was having difficulty breathing (COPD). The “nurse” was rude and took her time making everyone stand outside questioning them before they let them inside. Either open the office 15 min before first appointment time or do NOT schedule appointments until 8:45. How is there NO seating outside the office door which is literally OUTSIDE?! And that “nurse” absolutely should not be in the business of caring for people with illnesses. *5 Thumbs down*

I wish I could give them zero stars. They are so rude and disrespectful. The staff is the absolute worse. It is clear that they do not care about their patients. They are not organized. They rescheduled my appointments, had me redo my blood work, could not find it, then blamed me for going to the wrong place...even though they are the ones who gave me the script. Please think carefully before assigning yourself to this place.
