I’m incredibly disappointed with the level of care and communication at this cancer center. Patients—who are already going through an incredibly difficult time—are being left in the dark and treated with a lack of basic consideration. Appointments are routinely canceled without notice, even after patients have driven long distances to get there. Imagine taking hours off work or arranging transportation, only to arrive and be told, “Oh, your treatment was canceled.” No phone call. No email. No explanation. It’s not just with treatments—CT scans are scheduled without any education or instruction. Patients show up unaware that they were supposed to pick up contrast ahead of time, and again, the appointments are delayed or canceled. All of this could be avoided with a simple phone call or cl

From the moment we arrived and through the entire process everything was handled effectively and efficiently. Nurse Genevieve is an absolute angel. Her patience, kindness, care, and compassion as well as her professionalism is second to NONE!

Dr Hendrix is amazing!! She took the time to teach me about my diagnosis she took what sounded alien at other doctors & put it in layman’s terms. She was so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable & has great bedside manner. She took her time & didn’t rush me through my visit. I’m so blessed to have been referred to her.

I must say, the ladies that run the lab are stellar! Even though I’m in and out so quick, they are on top of their game. Never feel the needle! I’m one of those that has to watch the needle go in or it hurts, and I’ve never had an issue here. Also, the reception desk is so kind and welcoming. I am always in and out within hand hour, hour and a half, max.

My appointment was at 1015am and wasn't called back and seen by Dr. Hendricks until 1215pm! And when I finally was seen by here she was dismissive, in a rush and didn't listen. Her behavior was as if it was a bother to attend me. When she asked. "Why are you here?" when I was trying to talk, I honestly almost laughed because ironically, HER office called ME to come in for a follow-up/check up because I hadn't been seen in over a year. This was a WASTE of my time. They are obviously simply bringing patients in to cash in on insurance. Do not come here if you don't have to.
