Couldn't tell you about my experience with any doctor, given that after being referred here and attempting multiple times to schedule, they refused to call me back or schedule an initial appointment while on the phone despite having both the referral and medical records for 21 days so far. I had to wait for their department (assumedly) to make a decision about seeing me (or not?) Not as if that was communicated to me - so who knows. I was just consistently informed they had the records and I would "be contacted." Two weeks into waiting, I scheduled elsewhere. Three weeks into waiting, never even got a courtesy call on an update. As one working professional to another, I will do you all a favor and take it down the road.

I am a new patient recently diagnosed with Lupus. It has been very hard and a couple weeks ago I drove to the wrong office on accident. My appt was at 4 and it was during rush hour traffic so you know how stressful that is. The staff at Lake Mary realized it right away and went above and beyond along with the staff and MD at Orange City location. I was crying and just so mad at myself for not paying attention to switching offices as they had just sent me a text a couple days before to confirm. Everyone was so caring and thoughtful even though it extended their work day a bit that day. It truly made me feel so cared for as a patient. Both offices worked so hard for me that day. I am sorry I lost the papers with everyone’s names on them. 🥹. I was a hot mess that day.

Dr. Feller and his staff are consumate professionals who truly understand the challenges of dealing with chronic illness. I would especially like to thank Tony Allen for his caring & efficient handling regarding my treatment concerns. I would also like to acknowledge the kindness & caring assistance I receive from Mykeil, Terra & of course my nurse Brenda. Together they all make me feel special & put a smile on my face even on my worst days. Thank you.

The office staff was pleasant but nothing excuses a 9am appointment not being seen until 1140am to then be told the first follow up wouldn’t be for another 3 months.

Negative stars because how are you going to require a referral and then deny the referral? The whole point of going to a rheumatologist is because the primary can’t pinpoint what’s causing chronic symptoms after thorough testing.
