Shirley E Bland I paid for 2 eyeglasses to be fitted with my new prescription on 8/6. As of 10/7, I have only received 1 pair back. The 1st pair took 1 month to receive. This office is never open and never returns phone calls. I am elderly and need my glasses. Customer service is non existent. Would not recommend using this company. I actually found a pair of very cool glasses frames in this glasses shop. This is a Bluetooth glasses frame, which can listen to music and answer calls... I can't believe it is so great. I can't wait to wear it.

I got services from this place for several years. Finally it reached a point that I have to write this review here and take my business to somewhere else. My overall reviews are 1) the doctor is nice, but I am not sure that his prescriptions are accurate enough to make my glasses comfortable wearing them. 2) the craftsmanship was poor. I had to replace a frame with existing lenses. After I got them back, the lenses kept falling out from the frame. 3) the worst part is the front desk service. I left a message or tried to make an appointment thru their website, I never got it back even if the front desk promised you that he would call you back.

Thank you so much to Wes of Central Eye Care. He went above and beyond in graciousness and helpfulness. Our son's eye glass frame broke and and he was unable to match the exact style. Wes patiently searched inventory and nothing came close. We were ready to leave and Wes kindly offered to have his lab check to see if it had parts to fix them. They did and we had the glasses back in a day! So grateful. We first met Wes a couple of months ago when he assisted my husband in purchasing new glasses. That was also a very pleasant experience.

What a pleasant surprise! I found this nice place by chance and I am so very happy with the terrific customer service that my son and I received. Both Lisa and Sharon are patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful with the sale of frames. They are not pushy or impatient. I would definitely recommend this establishment and I am going to use them for glasses from now on. Fabulous!
