Dr. Michael Payette completely resolved one of my biggest skin concerns, and I truly can’t thank him enough. It was something that made me really self-conscious, and the results honestly gave me so much confidence back. I also really appreciate how relaxed and welcoming the office feels. The whole team has a cool, laid-back vibe that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

I had my first visit yesterday for an annual skin check. Everything went very smoothly, from making an appointment, receiving the health history form, to checking in with the front desk. Dr. Steven Madsen was exceptional. He was kind, caring, and thorough.

Turned away at check-in because my son has an insurance they don’t take listed as a secondary insurance, despite having an insurance they do take as being his primary. All insurance information was provided when the appointment was made and should have been screened in advance. He was referred by his pediatrician with no expected issues. The lady at the front desk was not bad, you can tell she was not sure what to do, but the older lady sitting int the back was extremely rude about it. Completely unprofessional, don’t waste your time and go somewhere else!

Sorry, the lady at the front desk was very nice. However the girl who attended my wife should be fired!! She was in such a hurry she actually ran out of the room after she cut out 2 small areas. She gave my wife no instructions on how to care for the areas. She handed her a paper and actually ran to the next patient. My wife mentioned she had a spot on her head she wanted looked at. The girl very abruptly said " I don't do heads". I explained my wife had a little dementia, and might need some better directions. She was walked to the elevator without a word, and wound up in the basement. Real nice for someone on crutches. I wouldn't send my dog to this place. My wife's name is Rae Slowick. Please cancel her next appointment, you will not EVER see her again.

Was referred here by my PCP. Made an appointment in the summer time for December 30th at 9:15am. For the morning of to receive a phone call canceling my appointment that I’ve had for quite some time. To call back and them say that have a no call no show policy as if my appointment wasn’t canceled literally an hour before I had to be there. 🤷🏾‍♀️definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here since they cancel appointments right before you have to be there. Talked to the scheduler and let her know that I’m not coming back to this office and to make me an appointment else where. My time is valuable and it won’t be wasted again with this office.
