Central Connecticut Dermatology

I've been going here for almost five years and each year the quality gets worse. I very much enjoyed my time seeing Dr. Silva but i was moved to another doctor, Payette. Which was fine until he was very unprofessional and rude towards me (second time seeing him). Asked me how long i had been taking a medication and immediately replies with, no you haven't. Which is gaslighting. My own medical history. When i reached out (multiple times) to let them know about my experience i was ignored. These people make almost four times as much as i do a year. If i have to bite my tongue/apologize during my job you can too. I will be finding a new doctor. I deserve an apology but clearly there is no accountability here. Must be nice.

Horrible horrible experience. From the initial Conversation the front desk booked my daughter under a wrong name (after I spelled out her name ) and told me the app was 12:30pm when I called the same day to confirm the woman had a horrible attitude with me on the phone and said my app was at 11:30am! I really wanted the doc to take a look at my baby’s rash so we rushed to get there with my 7 month old in really bad rain, took me an hour to get there, when I finally got there I explained why I was 10 mins late, the front desk told me to take a seat and “hopefully the doctor will see me. A half an hour later, and they didn’t say a word and just let me and my baby sit in the waiting room, when I finally went back to the front desk to see what was going on their response was “the doc DEFF can

Whenever I come to this office their staff is very friendly and helpful. There is never a wait time. Dr. Marchitto made a great first impression. He is caring, kind, shows concern, knowledgeable and does not make your time with him feel rushed in any way. He made me feel comfortable and safe with the small office procedures he had to perform on my face. I hope he may always be my provider!! Highly suggest if you are searching for a dermatologist.

They made my daughter wait for SIX MONTHS to have her face rechecked, so I crafted a network of people to get her there while I was out of town. They TURNED HER AWAY AT THE COUNTER because the MA said my insurance wasn’t up to date!!!! I’m at my new job now ten states away and they can’t call me at the same number they used to CONFIRM IT THE DAY BEFORE???? They can’t even have me text the new insurance card to my father-in-law who is nice enough to bring her an hour away for this appointment? Then Miriam Decide to give me the runaround and then put me on hold for an inordinate amount of time just to explain my situation to that same MA, Because the next appointment they were going to give me was FOUR MORE MONTHS!! No Customer Service and no regard for patient quality of life. I wish I

This place…… has more receptions than Doctors/APRNs. I was notified and asked to confirm that I was going to my appointment via phone call from a receptionist twice, automated phone call twice and through text message twice. They tell you to be there 15 minutes before your appointment time like most doctor’s offices do. That’s fine. I show up 30 minutes before my appointment time, check in and wait. I waited 30 minutes. Now it is my appointment time. Receptionist calls me up to the front and tells me that the physician is running 45 minutes behind. I told them I have to leave. It seemed to come as a surprise to them that a patient wouldn’t want to wait a total of an hour and fifteen minutes to be seen. It is not okay to treat patients this way. They have so many people scheduling appointme
