! Hardly on time for scheduled appointments. Not sure if they over book patients. Waiting 20 minutes after scheduled time. The ladies at the front do not have the best attitudes and seem bothered. They are not pleasant. Doctors here are amazing. Very nice. NP Kate and Dr Mona!

Everyone in the front desk is unfriendly and treats you like a nuisance. The drs arnt great either. Your never given straight answers and spin you in circles basically. My kids started doing better after we stopped going there and listening to our own instincts.

We LOVE seeing Dr. Tamara Battle at Central Coast Pediatrics. I appreciate her patience when I ask my first-time mom questions; she doesn't make me feel silly or stupid and provides honest feedback since she is a mother herself. I always feel heard when leaving our appointments with her and know that she genuinely has my son's best interest in mind. I've called the nurse line many times and have always been treated well and received the information needed (when the office is busy, there may some time before a nurse is available to return my call). Some of the front office staff go above and beyond when I have billing or appointment questions, and I so appreciate their willingness to help!

Dr. Macias he is amazing! I am 33 years old today and Dr. Macias was my pediatrician when I was a baby! I now have 2 boys who are 13 and 3. They now have Macias !! My 13 year old is on the autism spectrum. Macias is very helpful with my sons needs. Always enjoy our visits for well checks and even if my boys are sick and need to be treated. All the staff from the Doctors to the lady’s working front desk and the nurses station are all so happy to be at work so and so friendly, and caring. They are like a family ! Also to add they do have clean exam rooms. And restrooms. Through the years we have seen or had a check up from ALL the doctors/ practitioners (Only if Dr. Macias was booked at the time)All docs are very well educated. You won’t be disappointed at this office!!!

**this review is solely for the assistants at central coast pediatrics** it’s a bummer that I have to write this because the drs here are 10/10. My 3 visits it hasn’t failed that I get a dry negative assistant that follows . Today my baby had his shots and I know it’s not the happiest time but when the assistant came in she legit came in and didn’t even say hi… she just came and said “put the baby here” .. she started by giving the baby a vaccine by mouth and she didn’t even say when she was doing it nor talk to the baby.. it was so quiet and awkward so I tried to make small talk and asked if the oral medicine had a bad taste or not .. she sarcastically said “I wouldn’t know” … then she just started to poke the baby without any warning nor did she try to comfort the baby by talking to him.
