AMAZING!!! Earlier this month I had a partial knee replacement and it's is absolutely amazing. I have a history of medical issues and have had several surgeries. This has been one of the better experiences, although, there has been with a few minor hiccups along the road. Several issues with the medical insurance required me to place multiple phone calls to the VA and to the insurance provider. During these times the staff worked with me to the best of their limitation to help make it happen. The staff is always busy but they never fail to take to time to do what they can to help. When a few minor post surgical issues arose they quickly made room on their schedules to get me into their office and address the issues. The minor issues? One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a doctor’s office outside of the military/VA and I didn’t even see the doctor. I know understand why everyone says to never go to a doctor at the hospital. I made an appointment about a week out and was told my referral paperwork from the VA was wrong. They confirmed the injury and told me that they would take care of getting the referral changed before my appointment and not to worry about anything. I then got to my appointment, did the paperwork, and waited 20ish minutes just to find out that not only had they not taken care of my referral paperwork and I couldn’t get seen but it was some how my fault. I was told that they could only try to help and that I was ultimately responsible for getting the referral changed even though I was told a week

I give this place 1 star only so I can leave a review otherwise I wouldb't give it any. Yesterday I fractured my left ankle and was told to come here by the doctor I seen. My appointment was at 2 o'clock but was told to be there at 1:30 to fill out paperwork. I get there a little before 1:30 and only have 5 papers to fill out so I did. This older gentleman, an older woman in a wheel chair, and another woman with long hair comes in after I had turned in my paperwork. The woman with long hair had to fill out paperwork as well, but the other 2 did not. At 2:30 my mother goes to the window to see when I will be seen. The receptionist says they are understaffed and doesn't know and proceedes to shut the window on my mother. At 2:35 the older man, wheel chair woman, and long haired woman had do

Dr Bush is an excellent doctor who takes his time with every patient to make sure all questions are answered before completing the appointment. Pleasant bed side manner.. always courteous.

I have been to this office a few times and everyone has always been so kind and caring. The PA's really care about their patients and the front desk girls are so pleasant. I definitely would come back to this office if I ever needed in the future
