Front desk employee Daniel A was very helpful and informative. They helped me with setting up an appointment for care and explained what insurance might cover.

On two occasions I have had the misfortunate of dealing with the front office of this establishment. The first time, a couple of weeks ago, I attempted to return a call from my doctor's nurse assistant and the call was not transferred nor was my message apparently delivered. I had to go to the office to provide the nurse with my response. Today when I called with a question about my current prescrptions, I was not permitted to speak with the nurse nor would the staff member deliver my message because I could not give her the medical prescription name for these same drugs prescribed by this establishment. I was treated disrespectful and feel Centra has forgot the role as medical providers. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, I was told her supervisor would tell me the same an

I went for my first mammogram and the first person going in made me even more nervous and then the check in person made me feel like just walking out of the place I forgot my insurance card due to me having just gotten done with my kid at his dialysis and she was rude about it and said centra hadn't scanned my card since 2016 but I was just in the hospital at Lynchburg General with pneumonia and was hospitalized and they scanned it but thankfully the person that did my exam was amazing
