When my son first started here 3 years ago, they were fantastic. I saw a change with long wait times, doctors seeing you just as another patient then a person, and the other staff just seeming to be annoyed or miserable. The only positive is that the nurses stayed the same which they are always friendly and caring. My son was diagnosed with autism and any special needs parent knows there is so much involved when it comes to a diagnosis like this. It would take so long (weeks to months) to get documents completed. I was always patient knowing to give it a week or so before checking in knowing my son isn't the only patient. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have Dr. Madani Reza as my dauther's pediatrician. Dr. Madani's dedication to his patients is unparalleled. He pays meticulous attention to every detail and genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients. Dr. Madani doesn't just provide medical care; he goes above and beyond. His follow-up calls to ensure my dauther is doing well truly show his commitment and compassion. His professionalism and ability to make the best decisions in medical emergencies and complications are commendable. We absolutely love Center City Peds and all the providers! The entire team from the front to the back staff, are always so caring, kind, and patient! They take their time to answer all of our questions! Their Bala Cynwyd location is so convenient for us! So grateful for them and all they do for our children! ❤️

I have four children under the age of 7, so I am at this office A LOT. My oldest has been a patient here since he was a year old. Maureen at the front desk is wonderful, and always does her best to get us in ASAP. I love all of the docs, and while they frequently run late, I expect and plan for this because I know they are working hard and providing dedicated and compassionate care to each of their patients. They are thorough and are particularly dedicated to staying up to date on evidence-based medicine, so I know they are making the most accurate recommendations. It's just a great practice, and I'm so grateful that it's so close to us!

We have been sending our daughter here since she was born almost 2 years ago and have no complaints. We primarily see Dr. Elizabeth Robinson, but have in some cases taken her to other docs in the office, and generally all around everyone is nice and helpful. We have liked coming to Dr. Liz as she is always helpful and sweet. She also always responds to messages we send through their app in a timely manner. Maureen is the only receptionist I’ve ever dealt with, so not sure about some of these reviews. She’s always pleasant and quickly gets us scheduled and on our way. We’re grateful for this smaller pediatrics location complete with parking, otherwise we’d be dealing with a probable mix bag with CHOP,
