Cedar Park Pediatric & Family Medicine

We had our annual checkup with Shawn Hart (PA) and I can honestly say she is the absolute best. We have never had such an amazing experience with any doctor, provider, or annual visit in our entire lives. Shawn was incredibly caring from the moment she walked in. She made us feel truly heard, valued, and understood. She paid attention to every single detail, asked thoughtful questions, and took her time with all the tests. Her kindness and sweetness, combined with her professionalism and deep medical knowledge, made the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. She explained everything clearly, recommended helpful shots for now or the future, and made sure we understood all our options. It’s rare to find someone who is this compassionate and this knowledgeable at the same time. W

Great find! All doctors are excellent, flexible hours, highly skilled and compassionate providers, they are quick to respond, Great experience with Dr. Cardwell, Dr. Hall, Dr. Mathew, Dr. Moser, Nursing Professionals and Reception. Takes away lot of worries from new parents, very convenient Cypress Creek, Cedar Park, TX location. As a new parents we had lot of concerns and every time we called they tried to resolve the issue, provided guidance and quick appointments.

I wanted Cedar Park Pediatric & Family Medicine to receive 5 stars and things started off fine, but because I can't talk to the doctor about new prescriptions during a physical and needed to schedule another appointment, I am left frustrated that I have to pay for another appointment when I was just there. The staff are friendly, but I'm now questioning if I should just go elsewhere. Also, make sure to inspect the plastic cups if you have to give a urine sample- mine had a hole at the bottom here so the whole sample was unusable. Overall pretty disappointed with this place.

My daughter was home from college and needed to get in for her annual physical. She had been a patient here in the past. She had a great experience, everything was efficient and the provider, Rose Solomon took time to discuss any concerns my daughter had. My daughter felt very comfortable. We will likely be switching practices in the future for my whole family.

I met with Shawn Hart. She is amazing. Made me feel welcome I felt comfortable asking questions. All staff were respectful. Had bloodwork done on site. The nurse was pleasant and experienced.
