Cavity Patrol Pediatric Dentistry - Cypress

It was my little girls first dental visit ever, and it was sadly not the experience I was expecting based on the reviews I had read about this office. Upon arriving for my appointment at 11 am the receptionist didn’t seem to find me in her system, after I had received the paperwork a week ago to fill out and insurance had been issued to the receptionist. The receptionist seemed flustered and asked me to wait. I waited for 10 minutes and was not acknowledged by them anymore so I go back up and ask what’s going on ? She proceeds to tell me she has to verify my insurance. I had made this appointment a week ago. If this had already been verified I wouldn’t have had to wait this long. Great experience! The staff was warm and patient, and they made my kids feel comfortable during their X-rays, cleanings, and exams. The office is clean, kid-friendly, and efficient we’ll definitely be back!

This is the only dentist my daughter goes to and she loves it. The staff was very friendly and patient with her. I highly recommend this dentist especially since they took great care of my daughter.

My kids love it here, the Dentist is patient, helpful and very gentle with them! Wonderful staff helping by singing to keep the kids at bay for cleanings, answering any questions you may have and always are pleasant when coming in. They have updated appliances such as TV’s on the ceiling to help the kids ease their minds for procedures. Also they are very clean and well keep together, with a table of toys to keep the kiddos distracted while you fill out paper work or are just waiting to be called (TV’S are in lobby as well) ! They offer cute little bags and even give them rewards tokens to purchase items in the office. Everyone is very helpful and fast working with great results!

I usually have very positive experiences at this dental office — the cleanings have always been professional and the front desk staff is courteous and kind. However, my recent visit for my daughter’s filling procedure was extremely unpleasant and, in my opinion, completely unprofessional. My daughter was placed on the chair by the nurse, who administered the gas we had paid for to help her stay calm and comfortable during the procedure. The dentist came in and asked the nurse to apply the numbing gel. As soon as the nurse applied it, the dentist immediately injected the anesthesia. My daughter reacted in pain, and I became alert. The dentist asked for gel on the other side and again injected right away — my daughter started moving her legs from the pain she was feeling. She had a mouth pro
