Great practice! They offer same-day sick appointments. Scheduling routine appointments can be difficult due to providers’ availability. But if you’re willing to see a NP instead of an MD you can often get in sooner.

Some front desk staff not appropriately trained and the office manager cut me off and continued speaking over me when I called to try and reschedule an office appointment when I asked her name she told it to me and then volunteered her position title of office manager. Dr Miller, the nurse Hayden and the CMA Michelle are great as I’ve been a patient for several years and had never had any issues when going to check in or calling the office to schedule or reschedule however I’m already dealing with a lot and don’t wish to be stressed and have my blood pressure raised in coming to my scheduled appointment and have an issue that if what I informed as well as it shows on my insurance card the verification of eligibility process not be done.

I’ve been a patient at Catonsville Primary Care Center for at least 15 years. My husband sees Dr. Miller and I see Dr. Lin. We are both very comfortable with our doctors. Dr. Lin is very thorough and kind. Anytime I reach out on the portal she is quick to respond. And truly takes the necessary time to make you feel heard. My husband is just a happy with Dr. Miller.

Love my NP Hayden! She got me on track!!! Honest, she listens and she doesn’t judge! Health is wealth!
