had a very frustrating experience with this office. They failed to bill my insurance, and I had to coordinate a three-way call with the office and my insurance company because they couldn’t figure out how to submit the claim properly. We believed the issue was resolved during that call. However, a week later, I received another bill — and they still had not billed my insurance. On top of that, it’s extremely difficult to get someone on the phone, as they rarely answer calls. This situation has been unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. I hope they improve their billing processes and communication moving forward
