We have been taking my two-year-old son and seven month old daughter to Castle Rock Pediatrics since they were newborns. We have pretty much seen every provider at the office and each one is phenomenal! Not only are they skilled in their profession, but they are so kind and compassionate. I appreciate their guidance both as doctors and as parents themselves. Each provider takes the time to talk with you, answer your questions, and just provide support. Their front desk staff is also so helpful and friendly, which is refreshing compared to other doctors offices. And their nursing team is top of the line! Highly recommend taking your kiddos here.

Dr. Bouchillon and Dr. Anderson are fantastic, their family-centered approach and holistic care have been a perfect fit for our family. We have been seeing Dr. B since my daughter’s birth, and I truly believe he is an excellent pediatrician and a wonderful human being. Two years ago, during a stressful situation when my daughter was sick with cough and vomiting, I was unable to get a sick appointment and, out of frustration and worry as a parent, I left a negative review. What really stood out to me was that Dr. B personally called us, spoke to us patiently, listened to our concerns, and reassured us. That conversation itself showed how much he genuinely cares about his patients and families. Since then—and honestly, even before that—Dr. B has never disappointed us. We are very disappointed with this clinic. During our visit, it felt like our child’s actual health condition was not important to them — the main focus was only on vaccinations. Instead of taking the time to properly evaluate and discuss our child’s health, the emphasis was entirely on shots. They even scheduled us for the next routine appointment and never mentioned any issues in person. Later, we unexpectedly received a letter delivered by courier stating that we were being dismissed from the clinic. No prior warning, no conversation, no explanation. This approach feels unprofessional and disrespectful to patients. We were shocked by how this situation was handled and will not be returning.

Truly couldn’t be more thankful I found this pediatric office. As a first time mom I have a lot of anxiety and questions and after seeing Michael Stowell today for our appointment I feel completely relieved. He answered all my questions throughly and gave me a huge sense of relief. Truly amazing office and staff!
