Dr. Cramer is amazing. I had major concerns about pain levels with surgery due to past experience. She and I formulated a plan to control my pain, and she really worked with me to ensure I was comfortable through the whole process. I came out of surgery and only had pain for about three days, but it was very well controlled with our plan. I highly highly recommend this office. Their staff is professional, empathetic, and they move as fast as they can, which is basically at the speed of light.

My experience with Dr Herzog at Castke Rock Coot and ankle has been amazing. The entire staff is nothing but helpful. People at this office go of their way to make surgery the best experience possible. The entire office is nothing but kind, compassionate, and attentive. I highly recommend the office for any and all needs.

Dr. Pollard is a great doctor! I’ve gone to her twice now in the past year or so and she is so knowledgeable and proficient at her profession. She is so in tune with her patients and recommends practical and easy to understand treatments. She puts you at ease with her demeanor. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. pollard. If every specialist were like her, going to the doctor would be a breeze.

Everyone in the office is very friendly, caring and professional. They take all types of insurance. Located in the Alexander building, part of Castle Rock Hospital. They were able to perform a minor toenail removal on site during my visit and book my follow up in 2 weeks. Dr Herzog & Dr Smith will take good care of you.

Edit: They can contact me whenever they want but I can never reach them… interesting 😂 this was minutes after I left this review. I initially had a great experience with the care here and felt well taken care of clinically. Unfortunately, the billing process has been a huge hassle and has completely overshadowed that experience. They are extremely difficult to reach by phone and do not return voicemails, despite multiple attempts. Instead of processing insurance first, they continue to send bills by mail and threaten collections, which is incredibly frustrating and stressful as a patient. I would not recommend this office unless they significantly improve their billing communication and insurance handling.
