I’ve seen children throw up on the rug in the waiting area… a week later I had to go back to pick something up (which was another issue in itself) and the stain was still there as if they just let it dry up on its own, no cleaning. Aside from the place being 100% unsanitary, they have the WORST staff— rude and incompetent. I finally moved and got my children a new pediatrician so I had to go back and forth with them to pick up my children’s medical records in person because they did not want to release them to us, which is against the law. Then the doctor herself told us that “by law” we have to pay $1 PER PAGE for it, which is also B.S. Avoid the headache and take your child/children to a pediatrician’s office that knows what they’re doing.
