Ridiculously difficult to get in contact with someone about my aunts home care. When I do get in contact with someone, there is lack of communication about the times the aide is to come to her residence, no one can seem to guarantee that the aide will be female so she can help my aunt bathe. It’s been 4 days since my aunt has returned from rehab and the home health aide has yet to come, and no one is answering the phone. Terrible lack of communication, do not recommend at all. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your family’s home health care needs.

If you love your loved ones keep them far away they have been sued for negligence pain and suffering and it doesn’t even bring justice to the victims.

New britain Connecticut facility on 66 clinic drive doesn't have hot water to bathe the patients. And this is daily. Their food is digusting and they cook same meal twice in the same week. The administrator and the nurse manager Michelle acuses people of giving cigarettes to patients when they knew that the patient had the password for the door and he picked up cigarette buds from the floor and they also knew he had those electronic cigarettes in his room and they had the audacity to accuse me of such thing. Also they have favoritism with CNA who be hiding in rooms using their cellphones.. now you call the corporate office and it seems they can't pick up their phones or only have 1 person to work at front desk

Not responsible. Number and email on website doesn't work. Horrible service, wouldn't recommend working with them
