Customer Reviews
Seems like the students and staff are happy to be here, I find them pleasant and professional. My dental "student" is in her 4th year and just months from graduating; she has been very thorough in practice and via communications. Her Mentors are readily available when she calls upon them. I could not ask for more. The facility is ultra clean with good and ample parking and live attendants. Easy access, right across from the Cleveland Clinic.
I had all my teeth pulled out on 11/14/2025. From the first visit I didn’t have much of a wait time the dentist told me everything they would do on the day I had them removed. He asked me if I had any questions. The day of surgery my doctor and her assistant was amazing! She put on some country music for me to relax me better and she explained everything to me and my husband she was so sweet and I’m grateful I went here!
Had 4 teeth removed dentist paid little or no attention to whether or not I was comfortable. Only when I jumped or moaned di she ask, "Did you feel that?",( on numerous occasions) chatted constantly with others asked 3 times if I was"ok".... Was told by my insurance carrier I would pay 25% up frontthey pay the balance when I got there was told I would pay 100% and insurer would have to reimburse me whatever amount they reimburse. Also was told when I initially signed up and paid the $200 I would get 20 senior discount ( now I find out that only applies to students)... Finally,, I get 2 evaluations a year when I went for the eval for the 4 teeth that they said needed to be removed they charged me.. when ask about the charge they said my insurer would refund the money....How can they be on t
Those of you who are saying you couldn’t even get scheduled, consider yourselves lucky. Once you get in for an appointment is when your life will be ruined. Fundamental attribution errors Disability discrimination Failure to properly diagnose leading to other severe health issues and tooth loss Patient abandonment Unethical referrals Falsification of records Absolute breach of standards of care That’s what will happen if you can get past the just plain nasty desk staff. I had to get away from Case. And please understand, I am in the same boat. Case is where my insurance sent me. It has financially ruined me to get out of my dental crisis. But, I did survive. Not everyone does. That’s my story.
It is absolutely ridiculous how the OR schedule Julianne lavisky has purposely ignored my and won’t return my calls within 48 hrs has made immature nasty remarks to me and continues to figure out ways to avoid actually giving a definite operation date and time she gives me one of those and said she has to find out what time slot she will put me in and never calls me back and then keeps repeating the same thing over and over again’ we’re on round 4. She calls this the tentative appointment. Julie the or scheduler is very incompetent and incapable of doing one simple thing To schedule someone and she keeps putting me off and keeps bumping me off the schedule. They did not resolve this issue. Case western dental oral surgery is a fraud and should not be allowed to practice. Julianne Lavisky
