Cascade Specialty Pharmacy

Cascade Specialty Pharmacy has been great. Super responsive to calls and I really appreciate that they text when the medication is ready. My pain clinic doctor wanted me on a compound medication which isn't covered by insurance and the price is reasonable for out of pocket. They offer delivery which is also great if you don't want to put on pants or drive. They have taken cash or card so that is convenient. If you need a Specialty medication this is a great place to check out.

I needed an urgent pain rx for my cat & was informed it would be ready same day. I went to pick it up and they said it would be ready the next day, opted to ship it as they said it would take 1 day. Never received text about it being ready & shipping. Called 3 days later and it just left to be shipped an hour ago. Shipping will take 2-3 days. Now I have paid $70 for a pain rx that my cat can’t use, have to visit the vet 2x to get pain medicine in interim. I’m sure not every experience was like this but this was not convenient at all for me and I likely won’t use their business again. M

My ENT doc recommended this pharmacy for a compounded nasal spray that has helped me immensely. Cascade is easy to work with and their service is fantastic. The past two years I have been using them I've found that they are open and willing to make changes to make the refill process more easy and efficient. We are lucky to have them in our region.

Cascade Specialty Pharmacy is excellent! It’s so easy to place an order by calling, texting, or online. The customer support personnel are all friendly and efficient. I typically receive my medication 3 days after placing an order. I highly recommend Cascade!

They must be trying to Squeeze every cent out of people regarding their weight loss medications. Everyone I’ve spoke to has said the same thing, by the time you get to the four week injection, it is always half of what it’s supposed to be. Since the Weight loss injection drugs exploded that is seemingly all they do now. There is no customer service, they have an AI bot that answers the phone and it’s impossible to speak to anyone. They used to be a great pharmacy with Actual people, but that is no longer the case
