How does a dentist that rips out 3 teeth get a 5 star review? First off, this place is so clean, and neat, and well lit. It feels very comfortable. The front desk staff are so friendly and patient, willing to answer a lot of questions. I saw Jan today as well and what a kind and gentle person! She explained the procedure with care. I didn't feel rushed at all. She made sure I was comfortable and familiar with the procedure. Dr Harris then reviewed the procedure once more with me. He was thorough and took his time. During the procedure, he checked in frequently, and emphasized I should not feel pain, only pressure. I have been looking for 2 years for a dentist, and was on multiple waiting lists. Dr. Berkowitz, with Jan assisting, did a crown prep for me today and they were both great! This is my second crown that Dr. Berkowitz has done for me and both times he has made it as pleasant as a dental procedure can possibly be and Jan did a a wonderful job assisting him and was great a preparing and fitting my temporary crown. I highly recommend Nordic Family Dental!
