MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Poulsbo

Walked in with a problem and was immediately addressed. All staff were kind and cordial and I felt appropriately prioritized. I've been to this location several times and have always felt respected and well cared for. The facility is clean and organized and their tech is top notch. The atmosphere is light and I really appreciate my sense of humor being reciprocated. I'd even go so far as to say it was a "fun" visit. Thanks ladies!

I have been to several different urgent cares before and this indigo urgent care has been the best scheduling was easy. They were ready for me when I got there. Brandon checked me in and was great. Helped me throughout the process and even hold to tell the door open for me to use the restroom and to come in and out of the building my doctor Emily was great listened and talked and just didn’t come in as I know at all, which was great my nurse I can’t remember her name. I was wonderful. I listened talk to us and just was very pleasant and the person that took my x-rays Heather she was great very personable and check this out as well. Great experience.

We were greeted with smiles, the waiting room is excellent, extremely clean and welcoming. The receptionist knew what they were doing we only sat for maybe three or four minutes before we were escorted back to our room, the room was extremely clean and well organized. They took my vitals and then the doctor came in and we discuss what they came up with and made a good plan on how to take care of it. We were back on the road in 25-30 minutes total. It was a great experience well done!

Everybody here was so incredibly kind, personable and compassionate. I normally don’t write reviews for much of anything, but until my visit yesterday I’ve never left any medical setting with a smile on my face. I wish I remembered the names of the people taking care of me, they were all so lovely. I was in and out a lot quicker than i anticipated too (less than 2 hours), which was a blessing, considering that I debated between trying this place and going back to the Emergency Room the next town over that i was in for 9 hours last time i needed care. Thank you so much again! and thanks for the hot chocolate:)

Great care! The staff is always friendly and sweet! The female doctor, Yelena, is my favorite; our family really adores her! She’s so compassionate, efficient, competent, and has the right level of humor that truly matches mine and I appreciate that! She nearly feels like my primary care doc because my family and I see her so often at urgent care. With 4 kids and 2 adults in our home, and regular doctor’s offices oftentimes not having prompt openings for patients, we see this clinic on a regular basis, lol. We were there twice last week with two different kiddos; one had an ear infection, one had pneumonia! Yelena was sweet and efficient, as always, and we left feeling well taken care of!
