Cartersville Dentist Office

I just had a chipped tooth repaired this morning (4DECEMBER25) and I've got to give a shout out to Dr. Patel and the staff. The Doc did a superb job with the repair and his assistant (sorry I forgot your name 😞) made sure I was comfortable and asked about my well being many times whilst waiting for doctor. My tooth looks great and even upon close inspection I cannot tell it was ever damaged. Thanks Dr. Patel and all of the wonderful, friendly staff that made my experience smooth and seamless.

My visits were excellent. The entire staff is very friendly. They genuinely seem to like their jobs. My treatment was also excellent. I was impressed, and that is not easy to do. A big shout out to the hygienist. She is an expert at what she does. Five stars to everyone there. Note: the dentist office is not my favorite place, but if I have to go, I like going here. I know I am getting the best care.

SCAM 🚩🚩🚩🚩THIS OFFICE IS SCAMMING!! Avoid them AT ALL COSTS!!! On November 26 I went in for my appointment which was supposed to be the *yearly preventative maintenance” aka X-rays and a cleaning. I was very EXPLICIT in asking for a cleaning/exam/x-rays - ONLY WHAT IS COVERED 100% BY INSURANCE. They took the x-rays. The hygienist came in and did the exam made up some BS about me having gingival disease after which the actual dentist came in and said that she Graded my teeth wrong, and I did NOT have gum disease. But still, they insisted on me coming back later for the extra, and EXPENSIVE gingival cleaning for some reason??? This special cleaning was quoted $400 btw and would not be covered by insurance and had to be scheduled a month out. Where is my yearly covered 100% cleaning option?

I have been confirming my 9am cleaning appt for three weeks now and just got an email saying that my appt was at 10 AM. I spoke with Christy on 1/16 to confirm my 9am cleaning appt for 1/23 and Savannah on today telling me my 9am appt is the exam and my cleaning is at 10 am and Savannah said she called me at 1pm today but I have no missed call from them (which I’m still not sure what the call was for). I use to have no issue with them but in the last year appts have been an issue. My husband confirmed his appt in person and went to his appt only to be told it was canceled. So if you have an appt please confirm it 100 times and confirm your service bc they will switch your time or cancel it. FYI Savannah said not to use online service to schedule cleanings only exams. I went for my first visit today and I have to say, the service was fast and excellent. Lindsey at the front desk was very open and willing to answer any questions I had, as well as Mrs Danna who was also very kind as well! Dr. Patel however was just amazing, he was very kind and open to any questions I had as well with recommendations! Overall, very nice staff with quality work. I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office to anyone.
