Made appointment for 1 pm online. Upon arrival was told 14 people ahead of me. They will send me a text when they are ready for me and I will have 20 minutes to enter the building. They suggested I return home to wait, unfortunately I live 30 minutes away. Popped back in an hour and a half later to check on progress and was told 9 people still ahead of me. Canceled my appointment.
I caught a cold with bronchitis. I went there today and couldn't have been more pleased. In and out in about a hour. Nebulizer, Xrays and a quick listen to the lungs.
Could be worse. But I’m not sure how. They are slow and unresponsive. I made an appointment, which seems to have been a meaningless activity.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Slow even with an appointment. Awful bedside manner.
It was just awful all around. Go anywhere else.
