Truthfully I had no idea a doctor's office could be this awful. It was a sequence of pretty unusual things and it taking days for them to finally return my calls in regard to a prescription refill after the only appointment I ever had with them after moving here from VA to get established. On the phone I was transferred to the nurse's station and right off the bat she was firmly dismissive, opening with "we can see all of your appointments past and future" before I'd even spoken more than two sentences. Like alright listen lady, you have to at least try to give someone the chance to bamboozle you before you go treating them like that. Like what is even happening here. Anyway, yeah. I have been coming here for almost 20 years and up until the new company took over, I have never had any issues. The front "staff" is rude, I mean rude. The billing has been off the last two visits ive had and when I went into the office and asked to speak to someone in billing, the front office assistant went and got someone from the back and they werent even willing to assist me in the issue stating "she wasnt the billing department ". And gave me the same thing I already had which I had already discussed with her.

I’ve been here several times through the years and never left a review. I guess because I was too sick 😷. But this time had to share. This was over a month ago. Friendly staff, quick to get in and out and the doctors and Nurse Practitioners really listen to you. My favorite room to wait in is this one: full of cheery kid’s artwork and mobiles. I’ve been going here since I moved to NC. At first I was a bit disappointed because I didn’t receive the friendly greeting that all the positive reviews mentioned and thought maybe that I was in the wrong place. But after meeting with Dr. Neyman a few times now, I’m really happy that I chose her as my primary care physician. She’s given me information that my previous doctors should have told me years ago. That shows me that she really listens, takes my complaints seriously, and is truly knowledgeable. She’s very blunt, and straightforward which I love, because I don’t spend the rest of the day trying to analyze what she said. Switched my insurance to a new provider because of my job and found out 5 months after my appointment in January that they were no longer in network with my new insurance. They sent me an over $500 bill with no explanations. I sent them multiple messages on their portal but after no response for about a week they closed my account on the portal and never responded. They stopped filling my prescriptions. Also on my last appointment they had this nasty student come observe my doctor that made a mean comment at the front door to me not realizing she would be the one taking care of me. I would never trust these people to be a physician for my family. Crazy how they will just without communication send me a bill half a year after an appointment then someone just stop filling prescriptions after
