Went to this place initially it fine. The provider is great, his staff needs training and the little girl they have answering the phone needs some support when she cannot properly answer questions. I wish I could file a claim against this office since my prescription is messed up and now I have to go somewhere else because all of a sudden now they are booking out for August. My first appointment was scheduled a month out, how convenient they took my money and now are unwilling to help. Take heed and listen to the reviews of places I wish I had.

The lady at the front counter refused to see me because I didn't have an actual insurance card. I had my print out with all my current information just not a card. To my understanding can all this be looked up. Now I have to wait another 6 months to see an eye doctor. No thank you.

We visited this office today and with all the medical issues with my eyes Dr Harvey and the receptionist were very helpful and polite BUT the man what ever his name may be that gave the options and price of the glasses was very disrespectful and said things about the persona Financial situation to her that was not very professional at all. ( what’s more important having your nails done or seeing) He does not know that if someone else pays to have her nails done or not and that’s none of his business and he was out of line to even say anything like that.

Dr Harvey. He is a super nice & caring Dr. Always friendly & cares about his patients concerns & issues. Takes alittle while to get an appointment unfortunately, but worth the wait

I will say Dr.harvey is a great person and easy to deal with. But the ladies at the front desk should be trained better and be more welcoming.
