Carolina Urgent Care

I'm and out in 20 minutes all 4 times I've been to this urgent care. Never again will I wait an hour or more to been seen by a provider, why would I if I can get the best care I've ever received in my entire adult life and not have to wait forever when it's urgent, that's why we all visit urgent cares because we have an urgent issues, right?. I've seen two separate providers/doctors at this urgent care. Both of them actually listened to me and didn't dismiss my concerns. The very first time I visited Carolina urgent care, it was because I had been to telemed, and two urgent care facilities. All 3 said I had the same thing. Nothing they gave me helped. Feeling desperate, I said I would try this one last place before I go to the actual hospital.. IM SO THANKFUL I DID... Because Carolina Urge

I went for a walk-in and had never been here before, so I expected to spend some time providing my insurance and history information. The receptionist scanned in my ID and insurance card and confirmed details with me before my visit with the doctor. After I got home, she called to ask me to email a picture of the front of my ID. After I emailed it, she called again to say she did not need my ID but my insurance card, and I could just tell her the needed info over the phone. Later that afternoon, I got another email asking for the front of my insurance card to be emailed. For such a brief (but helpful) urgent care visit, I have spent so much time repeatedly providing my information. Nice urgent care office - clean and tidy. Wasn’t busy on a Saturday with almost no wait time, which is a huge plus in my book. The reception and nurse staff was quite nice and the doctor was spectacular - professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He listened carefully to my concerns, figured out the issue and prescribed appropriate course of treatment which worked for me. Very pleased with the visit.

Called and asked for basic info like insurance and walk ins. Filled out my info online and chose the time of appt. We should up. Filled out a small form and was seen within 5 mins after the nurse called back. Dr. seen us and did a thorough exam as well as diagnosis. He gave us load of info to do at home and accommodated us very well upon exiting and discharging for the nurse. The overall experience was great and I was there for nearly an hour. In and out and taken care of along the way. Definitely 10/10 recommend

I’ve been to this Carolina Urgent Care several times now for various reasons and I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s super easy to book an appointment online (yes, even day-of or just a few hours before), you can fill out almost everything needed before you arrive, and when you get there you’re seen very quickly. The staff is kind, informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend to a friend any day.
