Carolina Urgent Care

I recently visited Carolina Urgent Care and had a very positive experience overall. From check-in to the final discussion of my MRI results, everything was organized, efficient, and professional. The staff were kind and attentive, which made the entire visit much more comfortable. I especially want to mention the female doctor who treated me. She was outstanding. She carefully reviewed my MRI results and explained my condition in a way that was clear and easy to understand. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and discussed the next steps in detail. I truly appreciated how patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable she was. It made a big difference during a stressful situation. I felt well cared for and respected throughout the visit. I would highly recommend Carolina Urgent

Sure they see you quick but when you get some tests run you expect to be in the office for more than 10 mins. That was start to finish. Also when you leave there are no discharge paperwork about what was discussed. When I asked for some kind of discharge paperwork they ask if I needed a doctors note. This is not a family type place

I received excellent and very timely care. This was my first visit and of course I had to supply all my basic medical history, but it was only one page, front and back. I was fortunate in that they weren't busy at the time I arrived, so there was almost no waiting for my exam and the chest x-ray that I needed. Every staff member that I encountered was polite and eager to attend to me.

Very fast and professional service. Every part of the staff, from the front desk to the medical assistant to the practitioners, are extremely friendly and helpful. Even though this place is farther than other urgent care clinics from my place, I often come here because the wait is so short, and the service is wonderful.

Walked in and they took me in right away. Wonderful staff! I have been there more than one time in the past and they always have been very friendly and helpful. If I ever have to go back to Urgent Care I go back to the same Urgent Care .
