Carolina QuickCare - Whiteville Urgent Care

I made an appointment online. Still had to wait nearly an hour in the waiting room and another 30 mins in the room before my daughter was seen. I thought the provider and personnel seemed knowledgeable and courteous. Unfortunately, I ended up having to take my daughter to her PCP the next day because I realized her prescription dosage was not sufficient to treat her condition. The QuickCare provider wrote her for HALF the recommended dosage necessary for her age and weight per IDSA guidelines. Had to get another prescription filled because obviously not enough of the first prescription was dispensed to make the correct dosage. Wonderful experience. Quick check in by front desk, Sunnie. The medical assistants Morgan H. & Amanda were very attentive to my concerns and made sure I was taken care of during my visit. Provider B. Coleman was very knowledgeable and provided excellent care.The clinic was extremely clean. Would definitely recommend Carolina Quickcare in Whiteville for any urgent needs. Have been coming to this location for years between myself and my kids for our urgent care needs. The check in is always quick and easy. The office is clean and sterile. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We are blessed to have Quick Care in Whiteville!

Much impressed with them. Very knowledgeable unlike the Columbus Regional ER. Set in the room for over 4 hours and the John guy who was my doctor said he do what I wanted him to and he never came back in my room even though I was to get an abscess drained. I waited 2 hours once the stuff was in the room and he never came back. If you need emergency care PLEASE go to Quick Care they are kind and explains everything to you and they say what you need unlike the ER.

We were in and out in 1/2 the time initially quoted. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility was well maintained and didn't feel as neglected as many Urgent Care facilities. We also appreciated the option to hang out in our car and wait for a "ready" text instead of sitting in a full waiting lobby with others coughing and sneezing. 5 stars for this visit.
