Migraines Years of doctors, neurologists, injections, a pharmacy of meds, other chiropractors, and nothing has helped my migranes like Jason at Carolina Pain and Performance. Within a few months he had me off the injections and the majority of the meds after 4 years of suffering and not being able to find answers. I can't thank him enough he truly changed my life. Not to mention all he did for my back when I threw it out, I cant recomend him enough. Very knowledgeable intuitive, compassionate and professional. Thank you!

Very friendly. Very thorough. Very helpful with updates for my referral to my doctors. Prices are very good $80-180 depending on length and devices used… I love the shockwave therapy and you can never go wrong with a snap crackle and pop. Highly recommended this place for your chiropractic issues.

I’m very thankful to have met Dr. Pirigyi. Before my first appointment with him, I had already seen a physical therapist and sports doctor and my condition wasn’t improving. I’ve been working with Dr. Pirigyi for two years now and have been getting the treatment that I was looking for. He was able to accurately diagnose my injury (ulnar nerve entrapment and golfer’s elbow) and provide recommendations on additional doctors to see once it was clear that more invasive measures were needed. After surgery I have continued to work with Dr. Pirigyi as I trust his knowledge and feedback. He has helped me with other minor injuries and continues to provide corrections on form for activities so I can prevent further injuries. Dr. Buck is incredible! I suffer from shoulder, neck and back discomfort from working in the world of dentistry and love coming to see Dr. Buck for dry needling and manipulation. He always takes his time, is very informative and makes me feel comfortable. I appreciate that he recommends me only returning as needed and doesn’t push me into returning frequently unless I truly need it. I recommend him to all of my patients and friends that complain of any sort of discomfort. Also, the online scheduling is a huge advantage and extremely convenient.

Dr. Buck has been great so far! He has been very helpful in diagnosing my shoulder injury. Listening to very detail and being able to decipher why it was bothering me. The dry needling was extremely helpful as well as different exercises to bring home to continue to strengthen the injured area. Would definitely recommend! 10/10!
