We had an exceptional experience with Dr. Jorge and Brittany. When my son chipped his tooth, we were incredibly stressed, but the doctor and nursing staff went above and beyond to see us immediately. From the moment we walked in, they treated us like family, providing exceptional care with a level of compassion and patience that is rare to find. The repair was flawless, and their ability to make my son feel safe and comfortable during an emergency was truly remarkable. Dr. Jorge explained everything clearly, made sure my child felt safe and comfortable, and treated us with genuine kindness. We are so grateful for their dedication and expertise and highly recommend this practice.

Dr Felicia and her team are absolutely fantastic. Every time we visit, the dental team has made it a great experience! They connect with our girls and are gentle in the way they talk and treat them. i appreciate the way they stay on top of how things are changing and progressing as the girls grow, but I’ve never once felt pressure or shamed into treatment decisions. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about each visit we’ve had. I’m so glad we found this office!

We had a very disappointing experience with this orthodontic office after being patients for nearly four years. My 12-year-old child has been undergoing braces treatment here, and we had consistently attended appointments throughout the entire treatment period. Unfortunately, we were out of the country for about a month on vacation and missed one or two appointments during that time. We received a letter stating that the patient would be canceled if appointments were missed. I have called then when are back explained that we were out of the country, which is why we couldn’t attend and that we intended to continue treatment as soon as we returned. Dr Brett is absolutely amazing. My daughter had braces done by Dr Brett, and the final smile is beyond unbelievable. She actually gets compliments all of the time on her teeth. Dr Brett is a perfectionist, and just such a nice person. Our family highly recommends Carolina Orthodontics.
