This place was WONDERFUL! The staff, the responsiveness; these folks would go out of their way for you. Until Optum Health (part of United Health Group) bought it, broke it, closed it, and refused answers to patients and staff alike regarding any expected resumption of services.

I spoke with Karla and she was so rude my client did not get his medication he ran out, when speaking to Karla she stated ma'am the card didn't go through x2, ma'am you can come pick it up, I tried to explain that his red blood cell count can drop she if he misses dosages, just said ma'am ma'am do you want to make the payment, I then ask to speak to a Manager Ms. Steph I explain everything to Steph and and I let Steph know he self mutilated himself and can also can get very disruptive. She was no better, she stated to me ma'am well put a card on file that works I then asked her who is over her she stated to me you can call Pine Hurst x3 times and then she stated she's GOING TO PUT THE MEDICATION BACK.
