Dr. Ovalles has been my dentist since i was in college, I married and had my kids attending to this office. Staff professional, friendly and respectful. My husband started to come because of my recommendation and my kids (3) grew up in this office and they are already in college and still attending to this office. Dr. Ovalles is very honest on his diagnosis and his quality of work is excellent. This office services you based the order you arrive but you must make an appointment in order to be seen. I will suggest to schedule your appointment on a day you are able to attend early in the morning this way you could be one of first patients to be seen. I recommend this office to anyone that cares about their teeth and gums health.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Came here for a cleaning a couple of weeks ago and to check if my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted. I was told to come back to “double check” if my wisdom tooth needed to be removed(Even after x-rays were taken during my first visit). My appointment was today at 11:30am, I didn’t sit in the dental chair til 2pm. And the doctor didn’t walk in til 2:15 lol. He briefly looked at my tooth and QUESTIONED himself whether my bottom right wisdom tooth needed to be taken out as well. No X-rays were done the second time to help him with the call. I won’t be back. Clearly trying to make the most money and waste the most time by having patients make multiple appointments.

Honestly this place is very unprofessional and unorganized, the front receptionist are very rude and talks to you in a really bad matter. I set an appointment for 10:00 am and the day I come they say I came in as a emergency patient. I will not recommend to waste your time at this dentist office. Go to another dentist !!!

Best dentist ever. been to soooo many dentists finally i found the right Doctor with such a soft hands you wont even feel any pain. Very responsable doctor im so glad i found him. I Came all The way from Corona Qeens Thank you Doctor Ovalle.
