CarleRx Pharmacy at Carle Champaign on Curtis

This pharmacy is wonderful aside from a young lady named Heaven. Every single time I go in she is extremely rude, sarcastic and impatient. To all customers. She was screaming my personal information across the room in front of a room full of customers, and rolled her eyes when I wasn't answering her fast enough. I was in shock the was screaming my personal information across a room in public, and mind you I was extremely sick seeing as I was coming from convenient care. This is not the first time, it's one of MANY I encountered with this individual. I try my best to avoid going inside simply because of her. I wish this pharmacy would do something about this girl.

The woman that works in the pharmacy during evenings/nights and answers the phone (WHEN THEY ACTUALLY DO) is SUPER rude, sarcastic (tries to talk to people as if they don't know what they're talking about - but, little do they know I am much more knowledgeable in this field than they are), and is part of the company-wide issue Carle has been experiencing for years. Leave your rudeness at home and don't come to work having a negative impact on your staff-members and on the patients! I could go on and on (because this hasn't been the first time) but I think I'll save that for HR.

FRUSTRATED. "MyCarle" prompted me to phone the pharmacy. The pharmacy does NOT answer the phone. After the automation keeps callers on the line, there is no option for voice mail---the call is rudely ended with no warning. Happened to me 4 times in one day. So, I drove there only to encounter a dour, unhelpful person. I decided to transfer the script but she would not do so upon my face-to-face request. Said they will only transfer a script if the new pharmacy calls them. CVS could not get them to answer for the rest of that day. Then, the next day, CVS got through. My husband was without an important med for 24 unnecessary hours! Moving my business!

Must wait in the driveup lane now WHILE they make your refill prescription despite having earlier received a text that the prescription was done. New system. Each vehicle took about 20 minutes. Waited one hour to get to window to then have to wait 20 minutes +. The window person said "then your pills are fresh". What??!! Then when they finally had the medicine in hand , she says $92. I asked how that was possible when it was $0 in the first place?? I give my insurance card and FIFTEEN minutes later she gives me the medication and it's now $0. Then I had to ask where my insurance card was! Unbelievable ineptness.

They closed 4 minutes early, and instead of telling me they were closing, the staff was completely rude about it. Both staff members walked past me several times without acknowledging me. Then the female staff member comes up to the drive through window, refuses to acknowledge me at all then blocks off the window. If you want to close early, fine. Just don’t be rude. It would have taken less than 4 minutes to simply hand me my prescriptions.
