🚨 Warning to others: HR experience was a nightmare 😡 So frustrated with how HR handled my Paid Medical Leave application. I had multiple conversations, but when it came down to submitting the app, they conveniently "forgot" to ask for crucial info 🤯. If you're in a similar situation, LISTEN UP: - Make sure you explicitly state you're requesting medical leave - Provide a range of dates (don't let them pin you down to exact dates if you're unsure) - DOCUMENT EVERYTHING (conversations, emails, etc.) HR volunteered info about the process but didn't ask for necessary details, leading to potential denial. BEST COMPANY EVER! I am a new CNA as of August 2021 I started in October and AMAZING is all I can say. Fast and efficient! Excellent communication!
