Caring For Kids & Parents

I left with feelings of immense gratitude. As a parent of an autistic child, who historically at doctors and dentists visits has struggled tremendously, the grace, care, patience, and consideration shown today towards my children left me speechless. There are still providers that care and I left feeling confident in my child’s treatment plan. Thank you Dr. Ellen and staff for everything today. I truly can’t thank you all enough. From check in to check out, everything and everyone was professional and amazing.

We had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. During our visit, the dentist recommended several dental procedures for our child that, after seeking a second opinion, turned out to be completely unnecessary. When we raised concerns and chose not to proceed with the suggested treatments, we were dismissed and made to feel uncomfortable for advocating for our child's well-being. The lack of openness to questions and the pressure to approve expensive and questionable procedures left us feeling distrustful. A dental office that works with families should prioritize clear communication, transparency, and respect for parental decisions. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. We will be seeking care elsewhere.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Without even asking, they entertained my two toddlers while my four year-old was being seen. Very caring, very patient and very kind. The facility is great and they take very good care of my children. And once the appointment is over, they give each of my children an opportunity to choose a toy of their liking.

Don't like going to the Dentist but I love this place. The staff is ALWAYS nice and place is clean. I'm almost 40 and I've been going to them since middle school; following the from NN to Hampton. My daughter will be 13 this year and she has been going to the pediatric dentist there since she could go to the dentist 😁

I’ve been going here since a kid and I now as a young adult I still attend. This is the best dentist in the area in my opinion as I have never had a poor experience. In my transition from the pediatric to adult dentist there was a gap in my attendance ( a few years) which would technically qualify me as a new patient. When I called they were still generous enough to schedule me due to my previous appointment history with them and I can’t thank them enough as finding a new dentist office is not easy. Also, my hygienist Kaylee ( I’m not sure how it’s spelled) was phenomenal and so gentle. Special shout out to her as she’s only a few years older than me and while age doesn’t define competency, she was super efficient, personable, gentle and my teeth felt exceptionally clean. Best dentist off
